We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please let me know you cannot make it. I will do the same if I have a medical emergency. Due to Covid-19 I will not be charging for missed appointments. Please be respectful at all times and understand that grace goes both ways.
